The Roots Picnic is celebrating its 18th year in 2025. Taking place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, this iconic festival is set to showcase a diverse lineup of artists across multiple genres, all while highlighting the city’s vibrant music culture.
Scheduled for May 31st and June 1, 2025, the festival will take place at the Mann Center for the Performing Arts, an outdoor venue that offers a beautiful backdrop for both performers and attendees.
The lineup for the 2025 Roots Picnic is packed with talent, bringing together both established artists and up-and-coming acts. Headlining this year's event are The Roots themselves, and joining them are several artists, including H.E.R., D’Angelo w/ The Roots, Pusha T, Erykah Badu, Lenny Kravitz, and more.
